Our Three Commitments

Every Home. Every Resident. Every Day.

We are not simply a property management company. We are a housing institution built to serve families with dignity and restore neighborhoods with purpose.

Commitment 01

Restore the Home

Every home we acquire is restored to a durable, professional standard. We restore with the intent of holding the property for the long term, for the family who will live there.

Commitment 02

Support the Resident

A Housing Choice Voucher family is not a liability to be managed. They are a family who has secured housing assistance and chosen our home. We serve them with genuine care and professionalism.

Commitment 03

Strengthen the Community

We do not extract value from neighborhoods. We invest in them, care for them, and work to leave them stronger than we found them, one restored home at a time.

"Every restored home has the power to change a life, strengthen a neighborhood, and build a better future for our community."

The 504Restore Charter · Established 2014

How It Works

From Acquisition to Family Home

01

Acquire with Discipline

Every property is scored against our 100-point Section 8 Asset Score before any offer is made. Data drives every decision.

02

Restore with Excellence

Each home is restored to the 504Restore Standard, durable materials, professional finishes, and HQS-ready from day one.

03

Lease with Care

We work directly with Housing Authorities across Louisiana to match quality homes with families holding Housing Choice Vouchers.

04

Manage with Purpose

Responsive maintenance, respectful communication, and proactive care. Every resident experience reflects our mission.

Our Core Values

What We Stand For

Integrity

We Keep Our Promises

We communicate honestly and act ethically even when no one is watching. Without integrity, nothing else in our Charter holds meaning.

Stewardship

We Care for Every Home

We manage resources wisely and plan for the future with discipline, making decisions today that we will be proud of for decades.

Respect

Every Person Deserves Dignity

Every resident, contractor, and partner deserves to be treated with professionalism and fairness. Respect is our baseline, without exception.

Excellence

We Pursue Consistent Quality

Excellence is the commitment to do our best work and continuously raise the standard of what we deliver to our residents and communities.

Community

Every Neighborhood Deserves Investment

We are not simply landlords. We are neighbors, partners, and stewards of the places we operate in.

Service

We Measure Success by Value Created

Every role, every process, and every standard exists to serve someone. When we lose sight of that, we lose our purpose.

Our Story

We Are More Than a Housing Company.

We are a family institution built to restore homes, support families, and strengthen the communities of South Louisiana.

Where We Come From

Every Neighborhood Tells a Story.

504Restore did not begin with a business plan. It began with a house.

In 2014, George and the family flipped their first houses in Greater New Orleans. The children were young. Time was limited. But the belief that drove it, that a well-maintained home can change the course of a family's life, never went away.

Over the years that followed, the family grew in ways that made building this company possible. Victoria pursued a career in law, bringing legal expertise and compliance discipline to the foundation. James built contractor relationships across South Louisiana, developing the renovation network that professional restoration at scale requires.

"What began as a family project in 2014 has grown into something we can now build with full intention."

504Restore is not a startup. It is the fulfillment of a decade of preparation, built on faith, driven by purpose, and rooted in South Louisiana.

Before every acquisition, we ask:
"Can this house become a compliant, desirable Section 8 home that produces predictable cash flow?"If the answer is not clearly YES, we do not purchase it.

The Decision Filter

Every Decision Begins with People.

  • Will this help a family?
  • Will this strengthen a neighborhood?
  • Will this honor our Charter?
  • Will this protect the long-term health of the company?
  • Would we proudly explain this decision publicly?
If yes across the board, we proceed.
